As if we hadn't spent enough time in the ER with Jordyn this week...about 3:00PM today (Sunday), Miles was running around being a ghost, and ran in to the bookcase and there was blood! There was also a hole in his lip where is tooth had cut through. So...off to the ER we went.
This was the pre-shot anesthetic. We tried to coach Miles up so that he would be brave but...he is 3 after all and the nurses had to put him in a 'cape', a nice way to say straight jacket, then wrap him in a sheet so he couldn't move. And boy did he scream and squirm!

Last Friday night, it actually snowed a little bit so our cousins called us on Saturday morning and asked if we wanted to go sledding. There really wasn't too much snow, as you can tell, so we just found a nice hill at the park in our neighborhood and had a blast sledding!

Christmas
We had a wonderful Christmas. It was fun this year because the boys new what was going on. Miles woke up nice and early, which is fine with me because I am too excited to sleep. Then we had to wait for Tyson. He did not want to wake up, so at 7 I went in and got him because I could not take it any more. We had so much fun opening presents. We really should just buy the kids one thing because every time they open a present they just want to play with it and don't want to open any more. After we open presents we usually go to my parents to have breakfast with my uncle and his family. But with Jordyn that is just too many people, so we went down when it was just my family. We just spent the day with my family. I could not have asked for a better Christmas.
Santa came!
They boys just wanted to play with their kitchen and did not want to open any presents.
Tyson
My parents are amazing and bought all the kids bikes. Miles thought that he could ride it home.
Miles just wanted to play a little bit longer with all of his toys but he just could not do it.

The boys could not get dressed until their show was over
This is the boys favorite place to hide
Miles loves to play in boxes
Miles has to hold Jordyn at least once a day. He is a great big brother
Tyson new thing is to take off all of his clothes and go to potty. We are not potty training yet but when ever he says he wants to go he get to.
Jordyn's first hat
Someday I hope Tyson learns how to eat without making a mess!
This hat is all Tyson would were one day (and a diaper)
Jordyn can SMILE and loves to talk, just like mom

Jordyn's Blessing
Jordyn was blessed on October 29. I am so happy that we were able to bless Jordyn before she had surgery. I know that it is not the first place I would have picked to have her blessed, but I am happy we got to do it. I wish everyone could have been there but we and so blessed to have both of are parents there. We did not think are Moms were going to be able to be back in the room with us, but the nurse let them stay. Jason did an amazing job and I am thankful to him every day that he holds the Priesthood.

Halloween
Jason is the best dad. He carved pumpkins with the boys a few days before I had Jordyn. The boys loved it but wanted the pumpkin to change his face from sad to happy when they were all done.
Since Jason and I were in the hospital on Halloween my amazing family took the boys trick or treating for the first time (sad that Jason and I could not be there). They had a great time and got WAY too much candy.
Jordyn nurse thought that Jordyn needed an costume for Halloween! This was all the hospital had that would work for her. This is also the first time that Jordyn had clothes on. Primary Children's is amazing

Jordyn
Jordyn Ann
If you did not know Jordyn is here! I don't know what we did without her. Miles and Tyson love her SO much. We got home from the hospital on the 12th of November, which is amazing. Since being home we have only had one trip to the ER (which is go for someone with HLHS). It was nothing bad she just had a stuffy nose.
Over all she is doing really good. She doesn't want to eat (it is just too much work for a PRINCESS) but the Doctor put her on a food pump. The food pump is great, whatever she doesn't eat during the day we just put in the pump and it runs all night. Which means that she never needs to get up to eat and she sleeps all night. That is the only nice thing that has come out of her not eating. She is gaining weight every day. Today she weights 10.80 lbs.
When ever Tyson see Jordyn he comes over and gives her a kiss and says "Jordyn so cute"
Miles is a good little helper. He hates is when Jordyn cries and tries to make her happy. He loves giving her her binky (I think because he wants his back)
Miles loves reading to Jordyn
